Dr Anita Suleiman, MD, MPH, EIPM, AMM, FPHMM is a Consultant Public Health Physician for almost 30 years of experience in public health programs at various level in Malaysia, i.e. in hospital, health center, district health office, state epidemiologist, and currently working at the Division of Disease Control, Ministry of Health Malaysia almost five years. She has been engaged in a wide range of public health issues including HIV/AIDS, other sexually transmitted infections, communicable diseases such as food water borne, airborne and vaccine preventable diseases, public health management and others. She has designed and managed public health issues and provide technical expertise at the district, state, national and global levels.
Currently she is the Head Sector of HIV/STI/Hepatitis C, Ministry of Health, Exco member of Malaysian Alumni of Epidemic Intelligence Program (EIPMas), Executive Committee of College of Public Health of Academy of Medicine, life member of Malaysian Public Health Physician Association, member of Discipline for Communicable Disease Epidemiologist and Executive Secretary for Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) on AIDS.
Currently she is the Head Sector of HIV/STI/Hepatitis C, Ministry of Health, Exco member of Malaysian Alumni of Epidemic Intelligence Program (EIPMas), Executive Committee of College of Public Health of Academy of Medicine, life member of Malaysian Public Health Physician Association, member of Discipline for Communicable Disease Epidemiologist and Executive Secretary for Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) on AIDS.
