Anna, an Armenian national, joined the Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) in June 2014. She provides advice on context-driven design and monitoring as well as utilization-focused evaluation of PPIAF’s grants to maximize the impact of PPIAF’s technical assistance. Anna also works on PPIAF’s support for private sector participation in fragile states. Prior to joining PPIAF, Anna worked for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and National Democratic Institute country offices in Armenia, where she oversaw democratic governance, electoral participation and gender-related projects. Anna holds a Master of Arts from Tuft University’s Fletcher School of Diplomacy with a concentration in Development Economics and Policy Analysis and Evaluation, and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Yerevan State University in Armenia.
