Present engagements include building a portfolio of smart energy, green ICT, and open innovation projects by taking stock of ongoing big data analytics/energy projects in emerging and development markets; piloting behavior based nudges for demand response in Caribbean; making buildings intelligent in Mexico and India; developing open-source software for non-technical-loss reduction; and launching a challenge competition to improve urban energy management in various African and Latin American cities.
