Patricia is a Communications and Knowledge Management Consultant for the World Bank's Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR). An experienced researcher, writer, and editor, Patricia has a Master of Arts in Public Policy from the Central European University and the lnstitut Barcelona d'Estudis lnternacionals. Originally from the Philippines, she also has degrees from the University of the Philippines and the Ateneo de Manila University. She has received fellowships from Climate Tracker, Smarter Good, and the European University Institute.
