Anna Popova is a PhD Candidate in Educational Policy, Learning Sciences and Technology Design at Stanford University. Her interests include researching how teacher training and education technology interventions can be designed to improve student learning in low and middle-income countries. As such, she has worked as a consultant providing research and technical assistance support to the World Bank's Coach team. Previously, Anna worked for the World Bank and Inter-American Development Bank designing, implementing, and evaluating human development projects across Africa and Latin America. Anna holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford and a M.Sc. in International Development from the London School of Economics.
