Anne Hilger is an Economist with the Social Protection and Jobs Global Practice in Western and Central Africa. She works on Social Protection and Safety Nets and Human Development programs. Previously, Anne worked in the Governance Global Practice, Central Africa, as a consultant for the Asian Development Bank and UNESCO, and as LSE teaching fellow in Development Management. Anne holds a PhD in Economics from Paris School of Economics (European Doctoral Program in Quantitative Economics), a Masters in Public Policy and Development from Paris School of Economics, and a Masters in Public Policy and Human Development from Maastricht Graduate School of Governance.
