Annie is a consultant in the Human Development Team of the World Bank. She holds a master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru. Annie has fourteen years of experience, leading the design and implementation of tools for data analysis, monitoring and evaluation of public policies. She has led multidisciplinary teams in private and public organizations, responding to the different needs of stakeholders and proposing innovative and feasible solutions. Previously, she has been the Head of the Monitoring and Strategic Evaluation Office at the Peruvian Ministry of Education, advisor to the Monitoring, Evaluation and Decentralized Management Office at the Peruvian Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Population, and Evaluation Specialist in the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion. She is currently part-time professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
