Annie Gapihan is a Senior Urban Specialist at the World Bank. Since 2014 she has supported clients in Latin America and the Caribbean, South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Middle East regions on affordable housing, livability, metropolitan management, and spatial development. Before joining the World Bank, Annie worked with the Wharton School’s International Housing Finance Program, organizing executive training programs and researching policy on affordable housing. Annie holds a masters in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of science in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
