Anthony primarily helps government clients mobilize private capital for infrastructure, and also provides support on financial structuring with credit enhancements and risk mitigation instruments (such as World Bank guarantees) to crowd-in financing on optimal terms. He has over 18 years of experience in a wide range of financial transactions, with an emphasis on infrastructure project finance and sovereign debt transactions. He joined the World Bank in 2009 after practicing law at international law firms White & Case and Latham & Watkins specializing in leveraged finance (LBOs), asset finance, and project finance.
Anthony holds a law degree (LL.B) and an MBA and is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center co-lecturing a class on international project finance.
