Antoine Hanzen is an Urban Development Consultant at the World Bank since 2010. He has a strong experience in construction permit reforms, having undertaken several missions to South America and Africa. As a consultant for the Building Regulation for Resilience (BRR) Program, he participated to the development of Building Regulatory Capacity Assessments in various African countries, including Morocco.
