Dr. Arlene Nicholas-Phillips is an experienced management professional with strong background in higher education administration and entrepreneurship. Her demonstrated abilities are in Business Process Improvement, Financial Planning, Management, Recruitment and Consulting. She is currently the Assistant Vice-President for Global Initiatives and Partnerships at Nashville’s Tennessee State University, one of 107 Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the U.S.
