Aspasea McKenna is a Social Protection Consultant in the World Bank's Social Protection and Jobs Global Practice (SPJ GP). She is passionate about using data and evidence to inform program design. She has experience in impact evaluation and mixed methods data collection and has worked in five countries across the East Africa and East Asia Pacific regions. Aspasea worked on a randomized controlled trial of the Kenya Youth Employment and Opportunities Project and on a team to adapt, test, and evaluate employment interventions for young people in refugee and host communities in Kenya. Aspasea holds a Masters in Economics and International Development from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
