Astrid Herdis Jacobsen is a Senior Development Specialist in the Digital Development Global Practice working on advisory services and operations in the MNA region and global analytics. Her fields of expertise are focused on the intersection between digital & climate change and the environment, E-government, leadership & digital transformation and emerging technologies, agile development & innovation.
She has 18 years of experience at the managerial level in The Danish Environmental Protection Agency, Danish Ministry of Environment. She was previously the CIO and head of Digital Innovation, co-founder of the Innovation Factory Jump, Head of Administration, Head of the Climate Change Unit and Head of Data and Strategy. She holds a Master degree in Political Science (MS) focused in international environmental politics and sustainable development and a Master degree in IT and Organization (MS) focused on innovation leadership and enterprise architecture.
