Asyl Undeland is leading work on social inclusion and gender equality in the Climate Funds Management Unit. She also manages Enhancing Access to Benefits while Lowering Emissions (ENABLE) multi donor trust fund which aims at enhancing inclusion of Indigenous Peoples, local communities, other disadvantaged and marginalized groups in the result-based climate finance. Asyl has more than 20 years of experience working on community driven development, social inclusion and empowerment, and addressing gender issues in land and natural resource management.
