Ayodele Fashogbon is an Economist at the World Bank’s Africa Gender Innovation Lab. Ayodele’s reseach focuses on impact evaluation of innovative interventions within enterprenuership, youth employment, agricultural productivity and livelihood’s programs aimed at promoting women’s economic empowerment. Currently based in Abuja (Nigeria) and a key member of the Nigeria Gender Innovation Lab’s team, he drives scoping of new impact evaluations and using of evidence on women’s economic empowerment in new projects and policies in Nigeria.
