Baidy T. Sy is a World Bank Digital Development Specialist working on the preparation and implementation of several investment projects and advisory services in Western and Central Africa. Before joining the World Bank, Baidy worked in digital transformation and cybersecurity management consulting and operations and has been involved in several IT audits and strategies, digital transformation, and cybersecurity programs for public and private sectors across more than 20 countries in Africa. He holds a master’s degree in information system management, audit, and advisory from Paris-Dauphine University and has had several certifications in the same field.
