Barbry Keller is a 15-year veteran of the World Bank where she has worked primarily on Operational Policy, Fragile States, and country operational work. She is currently the Senior Country Officer for Iraq. Previously, she has been directly involved in building up the Bank's post-conflict reconstruction program and setting up the Liberia Reconstruction Trust Fund, as well as operationalizing the Bank's Global Initiative on Fragile States. She holds degrees from Georgetown and American Universities in Washington, DC.
