Bartosz is an experienced PPP professional who has been working extensively with public authorities, the private sector, and financial institutions; often supporting private sector companies in the process of entering the Polish PPP market. He is also a Senior Business Developer with the law firm Dentons, helping clients in the fields of PPP and infrastructure, energy and natural resources, as well as banking and finance.
He is passionate about increasing the effectiveness of delivering accessible infrastructure and high-quality public services.
Bartosz holds a Master's degree from the Warsaw School of Economics along with a postgraduate degree from there in the preparation and implementation of PPP projects.
