Beatriz Navarro is a Senior Public Sector Consultant for the World Bank Group. Her areas of expertise include integrity, sustainability, disaster-risk management and gender-responsive procurement. She has15 years of experience in international cooperation for development in Latin America and the Caribbean, focusing on developing and implementing compliance, knowledge, and strategic communications plans supporting the World Bank's portfolio of projects which contain ESG components. Beatriz holds a Masters’ degree from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, and a J.D. from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico.
