Benjamin Holzman is a Consultant in the World Bank’s Global Tax Team. He first worked at the Bank from 2014 to 2016, during which he developed an online course on Citizen Engagement and built communities of practice for the Parliamentary Strengthening group in the Governance Global Practice. Previously, Benjamin has worked with a citizen engagement startup, as an Investment Communications Manager for an asset management firm, and as a journalist.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia and an MSc in Urbanisation and Development from the London School of Economics.
