Bettina Brunner is a consultant with the Health in Africa Initiative of CICHE. She led the WBG team in the development of the Private Health Policy Toolkit and the Private Health Policy Toolkit for Africa. She has worked at the intersection of the private sector and health systems for over 15 years with USAID and more recently the World Bank. She has managed development projects in public-private partnerships in health, family planning and reproductive health, and corporate social responsibility. She received her bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
