Bezawit Tesfaye (Beza) is Transport Specialist of the World Bank based in Addis Ababa. She is engaged in transport operations in Ethiopia including Expressway Development Support Program and Road Sector Development Program. She is also actively involved in analytical studies and preparations of pipeline projects in Ethiopia. Before joining the World Bank, Beza worked as Regional Director of Central and Eastern Regions of Ethiopian Roads Administration and as Deputy Manager of Sunshine Construction plc. Beza is Civil Engineer and she received her MSC in Construction Management from the University of Reading, UK.
