Dr. Binodanand Jha is the Director, Research and Training in the Department of Education, Government of Bihar. He has been actively associated with the World Bank Project ‘Enhancing Teacher Effectiveness in Bihar’. He has extensive experience in pedagogy and education administration. Previously as Director of Mass Education, he worked on inclusive education and female literacy programmes. He has also worked on elementary education as part of a UNICEF sponsored project in Bihar. Author of a number of books, he regularly publishes in renowned newspapers and magazines.
