Boris Fisera is a PhD. student at the Charles University in Prague and Research Assistant at the Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava. He has conducted a research project for the National Bank of Slovakia. His research activities focus on the field of international finance, monetary policy, and banking, including the effects of exchange rate on the real economy and the relationship between monetary policy and inequality.
