Cllr. Bowoulo Taylor Kelley is a Human Rights Lawyer in Liberia and Vice President of the Association of Female Lawyers of Liberia (AFELL), a national NGO that works towards ensuring the protection and the promotion of the rights of women, children, older persons, and indigents in Liberia. Cllr. Taylor Kelley is also a Managing Partner at the Jalah Law Firm in Monrovia, and a member of the Liberian National Bar Association. She serves on the Board of several CSOs and Educational institutions in Liberia. She holds a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in Human Rights and Democratization in Africa from the Centre for Human Rights, Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria.
