Brice Quesnel, a French national, is the Manager of the Trust Funds Policy and Partner Relations unit in the Trust Fund and Partner Relations Department in DFi at the World Bank. He joined the department in September 2015 as a lead Operations Officer. The unit is leading trust fund reforms at the World Bank and is more broadly in charge of trust fund policy design and implementation and institutional relations with development partners on trust fund matters. Before that, he worked as Program Manager in the Carbon Finance Unit of the Climate Change Global Theme between 2009 and 2015, and on Aid Effectiveness at OPCS between 2006 and 2009. Prior to joining the Bank, Brice was the manager of the division for Multilateral Banks and Official Development Assistance at the French Treasury. He started his career as project manager in the telecommunications sector. He holds a PhD in Physics and is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique in Palaiseau, France.
