Brice Richard led the Doing Business in Juba 2011 project, and has been with the Subnational Doing Business team since 2008. Brice holds an MA in International Economics and Emerging Markets from Johns Hopkins University (SAIS) and an MA in Political Sciences from Sciences Po Paris. Brice worked on the Doing Business in India 2009, Doing Business in Pakistan 2010, Doing Business in Nigeria 2010, and Doing Business in Juba 2011.
