Bryan Gurhy is a Senior Financial Sector Specialist in the Long-Term Finance Global Unit of the Finance, Competitiveness and Innovation Global Practice. In this role, he provides policy advice on government debt management, bond market and capital market development issues. Mr. Gurhy’ s earlier career included roles in the Directorate General Market Operations of the European Central Bank, the Funding and Debt Management unit of Ireland’s National Treasury Management Agency and on the fixed income derivatives desk of a private sector bank. He holds a master’s degree from Dublin City University in Financial and Industrial Mathematics.
