Budi Permana is a Senior Procurement Specialist, Governance Global Practice of the World Bank, based in Indonesia Country Office. He has 21 years of experience in procurement, contract management, and project management as consultant, the client and lender. He has been working with the Bank for about 13 years and handling the projects in various sectors include energy and infrastructure, water supply and sanitation, health and education, urban and rural, environment, and public sector. He also provided support to the projects in Timor-Leste in carrying out procurement assessment in health sector.
Prior to joining the Bank in 2008, he worked as contract engineer and procurement officer for Engineering Consultant and National Gas Company respectively, which handling projects financed by International Financing Agencies such as ADB, JICA, EIB and World Bank. Budi has bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
