Byoung Hwa Hwang is a Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist in the Business Climate Department of the Trade and Competitiveness Global Practice. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, she worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture, focusing on Human Capital, Change Management, and Organizational Performance with clients across the financial services, health-care-, and ICT sectors. Byoung holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Trier, Germany, and a Master of Arts in Communication Management from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California (USC).
