Camilla Rodriguez is a Senior Infrastructure Specialist in the World Bank’s Latin America Region. She is leading projects in the field of urban transport, focusing on tariff polices and pricing strategies, issues of affordability and accessibility, integrated transport-land use planning and compact cities, urban renewal, and infrastructure financing. Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked as an associate for Monitor Consulting (later OTF Group), a management and strategy consulting firm. She also worked as a financial analyst for Groome Capital, an investment bank in Montreal, Canada and as a researcher for Harvard’s Center for International Development. Camila is an Economist from McGill University, and holds a Masters in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
