Camilla has been working on Human Capital Development in the Ministry of Education in Rwanda embedded as Strategic Advisor from the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change since 2020. She previously worked on skills development and youth employment with the Rwanda Development Board. Camilla is a development economist with experience in strategy and policy development and implementation, specifically on topics of youth employment, education and skills development.
