Carlo Alberto Amadei is a water specialist at the World Bank´s Water Global Practice. He focuses on projects aimed at bringing clean water and wastewater treatment solutions to communities in Latin America. He is also co-leading an analytical piece to promote circular economy principles to efficiently use water resources. His passion for climate led him to spend some of his work time in the Climate Change Group focusing on advocacy and on the transition to a low-carbon economy. Carlo Alberto pursued a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University (2019) where he researched new emerging materials for wastewater reuse.
