Carlos Eduardo Simões Moraes is an Attorney and Specialist in Public Policy in the Public-Private Partnerships Central Unit of Minas Gerais Government. He oversees legal advisory and management of Public-Private Partnerships. Carlos is also a coordinator of projects of infrastructure, solid waste and environmental management.
He holds a Bachelor in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and Public Management at João Pinheiro Foundation, an MBA in Finance from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets (IBMEC), and has experience in modeling PPP Projects, Civil and Administrative Law, and Procurement Processes.
