Carmen Herrero is a Financial Officer and subject matter expert for the Reserve Advisory & Management Partnership (RAMP) within the World Bank Treasury. She delivers technical assistance and capacity-building services to RAMP’s members in areas relevant to reserve management, such as strategic asset allocation, investment policy, or portfolio construction. She is currently based in Singapore.
Before joining the World Bank in 2019, she worked for the European Central Bank first in international policy analysis and then in EU banking supervision.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Royal Holloway University of London and a Master of Science in Mathematical modeling in Economics and Finance.
