Carmen Loo is a Public Sector Specialist in the Governance Global Practice at the World Bank. She works on governance and public sector reform across Malaysia and other countries in the East Asia and Pacific region, with a focus on climate governance, GovTech, public financial management, and tax administration. Prior to joining the World Bank, she was a Senior Economist at the Central Bank of Malaysia. Carmen holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
