Carmen Rosa Yee-Batista is lead water specialist and project manager at the World Bank with more than 20 years of experience in the water and environment sectors in the United States, Latin America, and Africa.
Her work history includes managing complex, multi-sectoral projects involving high risk infrastructure operations and a diversity of clients and contexts; leading the preparation of analytical and advisory work with multisectoral teams; and engaging in policy dialogue and country program discussions through the preparation of policy notes and sectoral contributions to Country Partnership Frameworks (CPFs) and Systematic Country Diagnostics (SCDs).
She has significant experience in water supply and sanitation (WSS) services in urban and rural settings and water resources management (WRM), including water utility reform, hydraulic infrastructure, wastewater management, and integrated urban water management. Seasoned TTL with experience with large IPF operations involving challenging environmental and social safeguards and procurement management aspects.
