She also holds a Master's in Development Practice from Columbia University, where she was awarded the Lewis Perry Award for integrating environmental considerations into her capstone project.
Throughout her career, Carolina has made significant contributions to international development organizations such as IFC and the Inter-American Development Bank, and she is currently a consultant at the World Bank. Her work mainly revolves around research and development, with a particular focus on environmental and gender-related initiatives.
