Health Economist

Caroline Ly is a health economist in USAID’s Bureau of Global Health.  She has over a decade of experience working on health financing issues in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.  This includes work on domestic resource mobilization for health and HIV/AIDS through USAID's Sustainable Financing Initiative.  She has a BA from the University of Chicago, an MA from Johns Hopkins University, and is a doctoral candidate at the University of Pennsylvania.
