Caroline Vagneron is Senior Country Officer for the Caribbean and the Vice-President of the World Bank GLOBE, the Bank’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender employee resource group. During her career at the Bank, Caroline has worked in Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia, both in operations and in communications. She holds Masters in Political Science and Masters in Contemporary History from La Sorbonne University in Paris. Caroline has been working on workplace diversity issues in the Bank for a number of years now and received an ECA VPU Award and a Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Award in 2012 for her work.
