Catalina Asiain is a consultant at the Environment, Natural Resources and the Blue Economy Global Practice, where she supports the marine litter and pollution Pillar of the PROBLUE Trust Fund. She is an environmental lawyer specialized at the University of Buenos Aires and holds a Master's in Environmental and Energy Law and Policy from Georgetown University. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked at the Ministry of Environment of Argentina focusing on waste management, circular economy, and plastics.
