Catalina Castillo is an ETC in the Latin America & Caribbean Unit of the Education Global Practice. She provides technical and operational support to the education portfolio and is the focal point for education Projects in Ecuador. Before joining the Bank, Catalina worked as a Research Fellow for the social sector in the Inter-American Development Bank and as a consultant at the Ministry of Education in Colombia. She holds a MA in Public Administration from Columbia University and a Ph.D in Education from the University of Cambridge.
