Catherine MacLeod is a Senior Associate at ideas42 currently working on international livelihoods programs. She focuses on bringing behavioral innovation to cash transfer and labor market programs, primarily in the MENA region and Sub-Saharan Africa. She holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Amsterdam with a specialization in development economics. While there, she volunteered as a student consultant for Forward Incubator, a Netherlands-based organization that offers incubator programs for entrepreneurs with a refugee background. Catherine also holds a BA in Economics from Stony Brook University.
