Ceci Sager is the Practice Manager for Competitive Sectors in the Trade and Competitiveness Global Pratice of the World Bank Group. She oversees a staff and work program encompassing spatial initiatives and sector-level interventions. Ceci has managed private sector development programs in some 30 developing countries worldwide. Geographically, her work has focused on East Asia, Central America, and East and Southern Africa. Before joining the World Bank Group, she was a partner in an international economic consulting firm.
