Cecilia Martínez Gomez is an external relations associate for Latin America and the Caribbean at the World Bank. Her work and experience are focused on planning and creating content to position research materials in digital formats in the public sector, civil society, and international organizations.
While she currently develops and executes campaigns and communication products for the Latin America and Caribbean region, she has worked in other World Bank units such as Disaster Risk Management and Resilience in Central America; Environment, Natural Resources, and Blue Economy in the Middle East and North Africa.
Originally from Paraguay, she has a degree in integrated marketing and communications and a master's degree in public administration and nonprofit management.
