Celia Rong Cui is currently an Energy Consultant within the World Bank Energy Global Practice. Celia has worked on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and district heating projects in more than 10 counties across Asia and Europe. Prior to joining the World Bank, Celia has worked for several energy and environmental organizations in New York City, Washington DC, and Beijing, which include the United Nations, Natural Resources Defense Council, and American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy. Celia is a Chinese national holding a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Beihang University, and a Master of Public Administration in Global Energy Policy and Finance from Columbia University in the City of New York.
