Celina Pentamah is currently supporting operations at the Enhancing Access to Benefits while Lowering Emissions (ENABLE) Multi-Donor Trust Fund, which aims to enhance the inclusion of Indigenous Peoples, local communities, and other disadvantaged and marginalized groups in result-based climate finance. Celina has been supporting climate change finance and strategy at the World Bank for over six years and is deeply committed to ensuring social integrity and the consideration of environmental and social norms in development finance. She holds a Bachelor of Law and English from the University of Paris-Saclay and a Master's in Global Environmental Policy with a specialization in International Environmental Law from American University.
