Celine Lim is a Natural Resources Management Specialist in the West Africa region with the Environment, Natural Resources and Blue Economy Global Practice of the World Bank. Her current engagements include operations and technical assistance in integrated landscape management and coastal resilience and management. Celine brings experience from East Africa, Latin America and Southeast Asia, and has worked on issues of forest management, biodiversity conservation, community-based natural resources management and marine plastic pollution.
Prior to joining the World Bank, Celine worked on advocacy, research and community-based projects focused on tropical forest governance, spending time in the Amazon region. She holds a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.
