Charles Fox is both a programmer for the World Bank's Geospatial Operations Support Team, and the Special Assistant to Marianne Fay, Chief Economist for Sustainable Development. He has led the technical angle of the product development of market potential for the GOST team, and is also involved with GOST’s efforts to make use of high resolution satellite imagery (GBDX) and machine learning. He holds a BA in Economics and Management from Christ Church, Oxford.
