Charlie Gilman is an Operations Officer in the World Bank’s Global Water Security and Sanitation Partnership trust fund. He has worked on transboundary water resource management with the CIWA Trust Fund, and predominantly in the Nile Basin, since 2018. Charlie has a robust background in data analytics and statistics applied to gender and human rights issues in development but was a laboratory scientist in the USA and Kazakhstan until 2016. He has a PhD from Baylor College of Medicine and bachelor's degree from Juniata College in Pennsylvania USA, where he is from originally.
